At Healthvision, VHA, Zix, and OpenText, I used research, prototyping, usability testing, and product analytics to connect design decisions with measurable customer and business outcomes. This work included establishing interaction standards across clinical applications, supporting more than 100 healthcare organizations, consolidating acquired security products into a unified platform, and directing design across an enterprise portfolio generating more than $250 million in annual recurring revenue.

At Sectigo, I apply these principles through scalable product infrastructure: semantic tokens, reusable components, responsive foundations, WCAG 2.2 AA guidance, governance, and shared delivery practices. By making design decisions documented, measurable, and accessible to product, engineering, and AI-assisted workflows, I help teams reduce fragmentation and create consistent experiences that can evolve with both customer needs and the organization.
